EPA Proposes Approval of Illinois Air Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Illinois State Implementation Plan (SIP) that removes a variance for coal-fired power plants, tightening emissions limits for all existing facilities.
