DHS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Extension of U Nonimmigrant Status Information Collection

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are seeking public comments on a proposed extension of a currently approved information collection for U Nonimmigrant Status petitions, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
