Request for Administrative Waiver of U.S. Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailboat JAVA

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a sailboat, JAVA, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old.
