EPA Proposes 2020 Financial Capability Assessment for Clean Water Act Obligations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed 2020 Financial Capability Assessment (FCA) that aims to enhance the understanding of financial capability assessments and provide tools for local communities to articulate their financial circumstances while protecting clean water.
