EPA Proposes Approval of Kentucky Air Plan Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Jefferson County portion of the Kentucky State Implementation Plan, which includes changes to regulations for new and existing storage vessels for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky on September 5, 2019.
