Alaska Gasline Development Corporation Receives Letter of Authorization for Marine Mammal Take

The Alaska Gasline Development Corporation has been issued a Letter of Authorization by the government to take marine mammals during the construction of its liquefied natural gas facilities in Cook Inlet, Alaska, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
