EPA Corrects Air Plan Approval for Washington State, Reopens Comment Period

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in its July 2020 rulemaking, informing Washington State that its air quality plan meets Clean Air Act requirements for reducing sulfur dioxide emissions, and reopening the public comment period for the rule.
