EPA Proposes Approval of Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which governs permits for stationary sources, including preconstruction review and permitting of major sources and modifications.
