US Department of Education revises regulations to promote free speech on college campuses

The Department of Education has revised its regulations to encourage colleges and universities to foster environments that promote open debate, including compliance with the First Amendment and stated institutional policies regarding freedom of speech, in response to recent US Supreme Court decisions.
