Association of American Railroads Quarterly Rail Cost Adjustment Factor Approved

The Board of the Association of American Railroads has approved the fourth quarter 2020 Rail Cost Adjustment Factor (RCAF), which reflects a significant decrease in rail costs, from 0.941 (unadjusted) to 0.394 (adjusted) and 0.372 (RCAF-5).
