FMCSA Exempts Five Individuals with Epilepsy from Commercial Driver Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to five interstate commercial motor vehicle drivers with epilepsy, allowing them to operate CMVs despite having a history of seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
