Army Cancels In-Person Comment Stations for Environmental Impact Statement at Pōhakuloa Training Area

The US Army has canceled in-person comment stations for its Environmental Impact Statement on retaining 23,000 acres of land in Hawai'i due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, while the virtual open house remains scheduled.
