Tennessee Valley Authority Issues Final Rule for Improved Agency Guidance Documents

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has issued a final rule to implement procedures for the issuance of TVA guidance documents, as mandated by Executive Order 13891, with the goal of promoting the rule of law and enhancing public engagement.
