EPA Approves Alternative Emission Limitation for Lyondell Chemical Company's Houston Plant

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has given final approval for Lyondell Chemical Company to use multi-point ground flares at its Channelview plant in Houston, Texas, as an alternative means of emission limitation under the Clean Air Act, following no adverse comments from the EPA.
