EPA Proposes Approval of Wisconsin State Plan to Regulate Lithographic Printing Facility Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed approving a revision to Wisconsin's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that sets standards for controlling volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from lithographic printing facilities, submitted by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on December 13, 2019.
