EPA Amends Tolerance Exemption for Aspergillus flavus NRRL 21882 in Corn, Peanut, Almond, and Pistachio Commodities

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended the existing tolerance exemption for residues of Aspergillus flavus NRRL 21882 in corn and peanut commodities, and also established a new exemption for almond and pistachio commodities, following a petition submitted by Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC.
