U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Amendment to Test Procedure for Walk-In Coolers and Freezers

The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to update the test procedures for walk-in freezers to address issues with hot gas defrost unit coolers, with the goal of meeting upcoming energy conservation standards compliance date of July 10, 2020.
