EPA Grants Exemption for Pseudomonas fluorescens Strain ACK55 in Food Commodities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Pseudomonas fluorescens strain ACK55 in food commodities, following a petition submitted by the IR-4 Project under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
