EPA Supplements Proposal for New Mexico and Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is supplementing its 2020 proposal for New Mexico and Albuquerque-Bernalillo County, New Mexico, to accept negative declarations from the state and county regarding existing solid waste incinerators, and proposes to amend the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) accordingly.
