Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Application From the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC) for Continued Approval of Its Home Health Agency Accreditation Program

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has acknowledged receipt of an application from the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC) for continued recognition as a national accrediting organization for home health agencies (HHAs) participating in Medicare or Medicaid programs, with a public comment period to follow.
