HHS Proposes Rule to Expand Access to Affordable Insulin and Epinephrine

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is proposing a rule to implement Executive Order 13937, which requires entities that receive federal funding to provide affordable insulin and injectable epinephrine to low-income patients, in line with the 340B Drug Pricing Program prices.
