DoD Proposes Rule to Support National Technology and Industrial Base

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require certain auxiliary ship components to be procured from a manufacturer within the national technology and industrial base, as mandated by a statute.
