NMFS Corrects Exempted Fishing Permit Application Notice

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is correcting a notice regarding an Exempted Fishing Permit application, which incorrectly stated that the application had sufficient information and warranted further consideration due to incorrect catch estimates and the inclusion of the nudibranch species in the list of federally managed species.
