US Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from 8 Countries Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that prestressed concrete steel wire strand imports from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the UAE are being sold at less than fair value in the US market, with the investigation period spanning from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
