SEC Grants NYSE Petition, Denies Motion to Lift Stay on Direct Listings Rule Change

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to modify the provisions relating to direct listings, while denying the exchange's motion to lift the stay on the rule change.
