Department of Education Guidance on Grant Administration and Executive Order 13798

The Department of Education published guidance on August 7, 2020, in response to a memorandum from the Office of Management and Budget, outlining policies for administering federal grants in compliance with Executive Order 13798, which promotes free speech and religious liberty, and related memoranda from the Attorney General and OMB.
