ONRR 2020 Valuation Reform and Civil Penalty Rule Proposed Rule

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is publishing a proposed rule to amend regulations for valuing oil and gas and coal produced from Federal and Indian leases, as well as assessing civil penalties for violations of related statutes and regulations.
