Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC Seeks Extension of LNG Export Term to Non-Free Trade Agreement Countries

Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy to extend the export term for liquefied natural gas (LNG) to non-free trade agreement countries until December 31, 2050. The application was filed on September 3, 2020, and the public is invited to submit written comments and intervene in the process.
