Commerce Affirms Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Chinese HFC Blends

The US Department of Commerce has ruled that imports of certain hydrofluorocarbon blends from India and China, blended in India before importation, circumvent the antidumping duty order on Chinese HFC blends.
