U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Environmental Assessment and Habitat Conservation Plan for Tracy Hills Project in California

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft environmental assessment and habitat conservation plan for the Tracy Hills Project in San Joaquin County, California, which would allow for the incidental take of three endangered species during project development and management.
