Towing Safety Advisory Committee; October 2020 Teleconference

The Towing Safety Advisory Committee will hold a teleconference in October 2020 to discuss the implementation of Subchapter M and parameters for determining towing, as outlined in Task 16-01. The committee will review a final report from a subcommittee tasked with identifying Coast Guard inspection parameters for non-Subchapter M vessels performing towing services.
