Louisiana Trustee Implementation Group Approves Final Restoration Plan for Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Damage

The Louisiana Trustee Implementation Group has approved a final restoration plan to repair wetlands, coastal, and nearshore habitats damaged by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, in accordance with the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
