Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection Under the Clear Title Program

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend a currently approved information collection for reporting and recordkeeping requirements under the Clear Title regulations, which are authorized by the Food Security Act of 1985, as amended. This approval is necessary under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
