Spokane Recycling Company to Pay $325,000 in CERCLA Settlement Over Former Kaiser Smelter Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with Spokane Recycling Company over the cleanup of the Former Kaiser Smelter Site in Mead, Washington, requiring the company to pay $325,000 in response costs.
