Texas LNG Seeks to Extend LNG Export Authorization to Non-Free Trade Agreement Countries Through 2050

Texas LNG Brownsville LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy to extend its current authorization to export liquefied natural gas to non-free trade agreement countries until December 31, 2050. The application was filed on September 23, 2020, and the public is invited to comment on the proposed term extension.
