EPA Requests Comments on Subaru's Off-Cycle Credit Applications

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on applications from North American Subaru, Inc. for off-cycle carbon dioxide credits under the light-duty vehicle greenhouse gas emissions program, which allows manufacturers to generate credits for technologies resulting in real-world emission reductions not captured by test procedures.
