Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission Proposes Revisions to Procedural Rules

The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission is proposing changes to its procedural rules to improve the efficiency and fairness of mine safety and health cases, which will be reviewed by the Commission's Administrative Law Judges and a five-member Review Commission appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
