EPA Approves Colorado's Revised Air Quality Plan to Meet 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of Colorado's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address the state's obligations under the Clean Air Act (CAA) for meeting the 2008 ozone standard, specifically for the Denver Metro/North Front Range nonattainment area.
