EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for four air pollution control districts, which would approve negative declarations for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry (Oil and Natural Gas CTG) control techniques guidelines.
