Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene from South Korea is being sold in the US at less than fair value, from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Interested parties can comment on this preliminary determination.
