VA Certifies Implementation of Caregiver Records Management Application (CARMA) in Line with VA MISSION Act

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has certified the implementation of the Caregiver Records Management Application (CARMA) in accordance with the VA MISSION Act of 2018, enabling the expansion of the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC) to eligible veterans who served prior to September 11, 2001.
