U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailing Catamaran

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to grant an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirements of the coastwise trade laws, allowing a sailing catamaran to carry up to 12 passengers for hire on vessels three years old or more, as represented by the Secretary of Transportation.
