U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for a vessel, the WAVE SWEEPER, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, with a maximum age of three years.
