U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Pacific Marten as Threatened Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that the coastal distinct population segment of the Pacific marten, a small mammal found in coastal California and Oregon, is threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and has issued final regulations to conserve this species.
