EPA Approves Oregon State Plan for MSW Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a state plan submitted by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) to regulate nonmethane organic compounds from existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills, in response to the EPA's Emissions Guidelines and Compliance Times for MSW landfills.
