HUD Proposes Rule to Streamline Housing Voucher Programs

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has proposed a rule to simplify and clarify regulations for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs, which were modified by the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).
