FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for GE90-110B1 and GE90-115B Turbofan Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) to address an unsafe condition on General Electric Company's GE90-110B1 and GE90-115B model turbofan engines, which can result in loss of engine thrust control and uncommanded high thrust.
