U.S. Authorizes NuStar Logistics to Operate and Maintain Pipeline Facilities at U.S.-Mexico Border

The U.S. government has granted permission to NuStar Logistics, L.P. to manage and maintain existing pipeline infrastructure at the international boundary between the United States and Mexico.
