EPA Proposes Updates to Revoked 1997 Ozone NAAQS
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing updates to the Code of Federal Regulations to codify its findings that nine areas in four states met the revoked 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards by their respective attainment dates.
