Bureau of Industry and Security Extends Comment Period for Identification and Review of Controls for Certain Foundational Technologies

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has extended the comment period for its August 27, 2020, advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) on Identification and Review of Controls for Certain Foundational Technologies, allowing for fourteen additional days for public comments.
